It's all too much to bear
distance separates the open
 like walls i build
it seems so futile

the truth is so simple?
why cant you see?
is your obtuseness deliberate?
do you hate love that much?

Why is your jargon
and semantics
and realpolitik
why do you justify this murder?
how do you live with it?

I watch the hand of $god$
reach down from heaven
i see it crush my brother and my sister
and retreat with blood on its fingertips
 and melted gold in its reserve

its all so hard
nobody wants to hear it

to cry out and be greeted with hatred

why do you hate me?
why do you mark me?
why do you fear me?
why do you kill me?

i dont want to live this exile

how have you earned this gold?
did the miner owe it to you?
how is this land yours
when slaves support your life?

in a decade or less
3 in 4 people
a'int got shelter or beds

did they deserve this so
because the seeds they did sow
